MATHEW 27, Mark 15:29-32
39 Those passing by reviled him, shaking their heads 40r and saying, “You who would destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save yourself, if you are the Son of God, [and] come down from the cross!” 41 Likewise the chief priests with the scribes and elders mocked him and said, 42“He saved others; he cannot save himself. So he is the king of Israel!* Let him come down from the cross now, and we will believe in him. 43* s He trusted in God; let him deliver him now if he wants him. For he said, ‘I am the Son of God.’” 44 The revolutionaries who were crucified with him also kept abusing him in the same way.

* Save Yourself, Get Down on the Cross * (Mark 15:30) * Christ the King of Israel, and now come down from the cross That we may see and believe, even those crucified with him have pierced and taken Jesus away (Mark 15:32).

INTRODUCTION
“Man, created in the image of God, was placed on the earth to experience mortal life, an intermediate state between Premarital life and immortality.
“Our first parents, Adam and Eve, disobeyed God. By eating the forbidden fruit, they became mortal. Consequently, they and all of their descendants became subject to both mortal and spiritual death (mortal death, the separation of body and spirit; and spiritual death, the separation of the spirit from the presence of God and death as pertaining to the things of the spirit).
“In order for Adam to regain his original state (to be in the presence of God), an atonement for this disobedience was necessary. In God’s divine plan, provision was made for a redeemer to break the bonds of death and, through the resurrection, make possible the reunion of the spirits and bodies of all persons who had dwelt on earth.
“Jesus of Nazareth was the one who, before the world was created, was chosen to come to earth to perform this service, to conquer mortal death

WHY HE DIDN’T DESCENT FROM THE CROSS
Jesus he was a carpenter and as a redeemer of the world Mark 6:3,Mathew 13:53-55
Perhaps Jesus' life began with building physical objects, learning carpentry from his father. Although his true work would become building the spiritual as He continued to build His church (Matthew 16:18) and prepare a place for all who put their faith in Him (John 14:1–3).
When Jesus started His ministry, it was difficult for people to see Him as anything more than a carpenter. His family, neighbors, and friends watched Him grow up making and fixing things. Back then, “Jesus the Rabbi” took a little getting used to.

However, what people didn’t know then and what we need to discover now is that Jesus’ earthly occupation as a carpenter was the perfect prep for His ministry. He would spend the next three years working with the broken.
"’Healthy people don't need a doctor — sick people do. I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners.’" (Mark 2:17, NLT)

Jesus Christ is the greatest Being to be born on this earth—our perfect example. He is Lord of lords, the Creator, our Savior, and He came to earth so that we could live with God again. His mission was decided before the world was created.

THE MISSION OF JESUS CHRIST HERE ON EARTH Luke 4:18–19

God sent his only beloved Son to this world. God and Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to this world.
Jesus sent his disciples and us. Where? To this  world. The Holy Spirit is the principal actor in fulfilling the mission.
Jesus’ mission was to save that which was lost. This salvation and good news was and is directed toward every area of need, poverty, and problem of humanity. By nature, man lives separated from God. He lives with a great number of problems and misfortunes, urgently needing the good news of the love and the grace and the favor of Christ.

Jesus was convinced that he was able to fulfill his mission because God had anointed him with the Holy Spirit.
Jesus was sent by his Father “to proclaim good news to the poor . . . freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor” (Luke 4:18–19). And he says, speaking to his Father, “As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world” (John 17:18)

Jesus tolerated all kind of torture, oppression ,suffering because of His Mission, because of His vision.
Jesus he didn’t replied to the oppressor because he knew if he will reply he will come down from the cross.
My brethren it is good for every one of us to know and understand the purpose for your creation
Having bigger dreams it requires greater pride.

People only see what they are prepared to see.  Jesus on the mid dist of suffering, Crusification was seeing the redemption of the world. But the oppressor were able to see the only suffering.
Descend from the Cross is leaving your focus,Direction, in presence of God and following the wishes of your fresh.

WHAT TO DO
JOB  he was tempted on the cross but he never descended …. He said JOB 19:25-27
25 I Know my redeemer lives and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. 26 And after my skin is destroyed, yet in my fresh I will see God .
27 My self will see him, with my own eyes ,I and not another  how my heart yearns within me.

If you are sick , ask God believe God stand film and yourself you will see God. And your heart will be rejoice forever.
You are passing through difficulties stand film yourself you will see God,Yo will see the hand of almighty God.

So Job He Knew God with His authorities, tributaries of God that H e is omnipotent, omnipresence and omniscience. God He is everywhere, He knows your trouble what He want is me and you to ask his presence.
Know to whom you are serving, whom you are trusting, whom we hope for. Never come down from the cross

JESUS WHEN HE WAS BEGINNING A MINISTRY HE WAS TESTED BY THE DEVIL AT THE CLIMAX OF FASTING AND PRAYERS. But He never come down from the cross. What helped Him Him not to descent from the Cross HE LED BY HOLY SPIRIT.(Mathew 4:1-11). And the bible say those who led by Holy Spirit are children of God. And we defeat, overcome the world.

If JESUS Could come down from the cross he could reveal that He is week, not powerfully, The mission of redemption could not accomplished. And what He was preached was not true, He was a liar.
Descending from the cross mean running away from the real love of God. Not Glorifying God. Not pleasing God.

In the midst of Trouble, suffering it is easily to mock God, to run away from the will of God because of not able to pay the cost for the ministry.
So Jesus he was paying the Cost for his vision, purpose, And if He could come down from the cross the work of salvation could be meaningless.
Mostly of us we have come down from the cross in one way or act of sinful nature ,sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery, idolatry and witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealous, selfish, etc (Galatians 5:20).

FINALLY In order to stand with faith in Jesus Christ we need Power of Holy Spirit in our life. ,we need faith,we need to know our calling into Jesus Christ. Every ministry has its pride to pay it. Be ready to pay the pride.
